    Earned a degree in architecture from the University of Florida in 1949, along with Edgar Wilson.
Career

Opened an office in Fort Myers in 1950. Partnered with Edgar Wilson from 1954 to 1978. Maintained his own practice until 1984. Designed many private homes and commercial buildings. Was strongly interested in preserving the landscape along the Fort Myers waterfront, and fought against high-rise development between the downtown district and the river.
