CARL MASTON (1915-1992) RAY KAPPE (1927-2019) Commissioned by the Polkinghorn Construction Company, who developed the area as a suburban residential tract in the early 1950s. The subdivision included 3 plans. Plans A and B were developed by Carl Maston with contributions from Ray Kappe.
